[ ♡REVIEW ♡] Maybelline Dream Fresh BB 8-in-1 Beauty Balm Skin Perfector

Today I'm doing my first make-up review that I've been wanting to do on my blog for a while ~ since I want my blog to reflect more on my overall interests, I am excited to start this section of my blog. 

~So with that said, on with the review!!~

The product I'm reviewing is the Maybelline Dream Fresh BB cream in Light/Medium sheer tint. I don't usually wear a lot of make-up in general but I wanted to find a product that would lighten my dark circles so I bought this product last month and have been using it daily underneath/around my eye area. I never really liked US BB creams, having tried the L'Oreal BB Cream and left unsatisfied with the results. I know that many people think that Asian BB creams are far superior due to their ability to be true all-in-one products (primer, foundation, concealer, skin treatment, SPF, etc.). 

For the most part, I agree but after having tried Maybelline's BB cream, I'd say that this product does a decent job.

Now to me, when a BB cream claims to "blurs imperfections" and "enhances",  I expect to see results.  I've been looking for a product that does as it says and even outs my dark circles/spots on my skin. For the two weeks that I have been using Maybelline's BB cream, I have seen satisfactory results underneath my eyes and around my face. There are less to no dark circles underneath my eyes and lightened dark spots.

I thought this product worked better than the L'Oreal BB Cream. It's also a lot creamier while the L'Oreal BB cream is thicker and has a grainy texture. The Maybelline BB cream also comes in 5 shades so those of you who don't have that fair complexion can also give this product a try.

I give this product an 8/10.

So today popular clothing brand, Brandy Melville , were holding open casting calls at their Santa Monica store. I have always loved their casual, cute clothes and I was excited to get the chance to audition to become a their model. new obsession: Aaron Yan

Just recently became a fan of, Taiwanese singer/actor, Aaron Yan. He is so handsome and adorable, not to mention talented as well, though he is 8 years older than me. Haha. I came across this idol while searching for a drama to watch one day and found Love Buffet. The story was so cute and romantic and hilarious yet kind of sad. I really wished that the female lead would end up with Aaron Yan's character but sadly she didn't. Currently listening to Ji Nian Ri  (纪念日) The Moment by  Aaron Yan  as I was typing this post. I can't get enough and just keep replaying this song.  I just finished watching the last drama he was in called Just You. This drama is so perfect. I  couldn't be mad at Aaron's character for being so mean to Puff's, female lead, character. His many expressions just made me fall for him more. haha. The female lead was so FUNNY too!! Beauty tip of the Day!!

Hey Everyone!!　 みなさん、こんにちは！！ ( ｡◕ ‿ ◕｡)   Now part of having healthy, smooth skin is to exfoliate a couple of times during the week. If you're like me and can't afford to spend money at a sauna then here's a neat trick for those of you that are living on a budget.  ✿ ✿ ✿ Here's what you'll need: -medium/large bowl -a rag -a pot ✿ ✿ ✿ Boil some water in a pot or microwave and pour the boiled water into a medium to large bowl. After you are done boiling the water, pour the water into the bowl. Sit at a table with your face over the bowl at a comfortable distance (don't lean in too close, the steam is hot!!) and use the rag to cover your face and to trap the steam. The steam should come in contact with your skin.
